jump on it the rattling could be exhaust or worn shock mounts and try and talk him down for the heck of it so you'll have more money for mods

Wonder what they consider high mileage. If it's 250k+ I'd walk even for 500 bucks. Plus looking at the pics it's been hit on both sides of the rear.

yeah.... but like others said offer him less.

My 93 currently has over 210K+ miles... and it is my daily driver 40 miles a day.
