paid 7000 for my 2000 classic back when it was only five years old with 60K on the clock. Now it has 122K and aside from the customary 4.0 tap it runs great.

 

Paid 1000 for the 96 and my basket case 95. 1500 for my VERY nice 95. It was a one owner and a steal. Be good to to your neighbors and they may give you a deal. I asked them to sell it to me for 2.5 years. Persistance pays off.

Paid $150...$200 for clutch kit because slave was leaking...front coils for 3" Lift...$200 for rear leafs for 3.5" lift...it has a 4 cylinder 150 cu. in. that has 262,000 Km's...installed tilt steering $50...still working on it it's a Labor of Love...lol

 

$500 for a 91 2Door with a 5speed and a god awful ghetto 2" lift.

What Do I currently have invested, including all the tools I've bought to work on it? ohhh about $2500 I think. I'd really rather not figure it out. And I've put about $1,900 into the gas tank since last August.

I just got my 91 Briarwood from Richmond 400 bucks. Guy thought it had a blown head gasket(aux fan didn't work) straight wired it to the batt. Now good no overheating.

 

don't! just pretty up the paint and keep the faux wood. I love that look.
