I bought mine and rebuilt it from a Salvage Yard, Parts and all to fix it and to have it the way I have it now around 2k! 148,000miles.

Got my '92 w/ 116K, 5" lift and new 30" a/t's for $1,300 plus the PO just changed all the gaskets in the motor (including head gasket) and a bunch of external engine parts! Only things I've had to do is new windshield ($120), PS ball joints ($50), and front breaks ($75).
Having a nice 4x4 and no car payment = Priceless!

99 with 200k on the body, but had a newer motor put in that only had 100k. all leather limited with heated and power seats, $1700

Well lets start with my 2000 xj..Got it with 21k for $8500 4 years ago, great deal!!
93 xj country with 158k for $300.. sat with blown head gasket for 6 years before i rescued it..
the newest edition is a 95 cherokee 2 door.. 170k got her for $200.. I am in the process of fixing that one.. massive front damage from a deer and a tree falling on it..almost done thou..
