My PO left me gasket sealer around every crevice you can think of. The sunroof leaked so he sealed it up. He must have bought the economy size cuz i have spent the last 3 months using a wire brush getting it off.

bad power steering pump, sand clogged radiator, salt water pitted thermostat housing that they fixed with jb weld so it wouldnt leak, crap load of electrical issues (still sorting them out a year later) bent fender rocker panel and rear quarter, oh ya and no freaking floors . The PO must have hated my Cherokee I swear. But hey even having salt water and sand run though the cooling system she still runs just fine and cools decently.

Inherited: crappy tires, old suspension, bad brakes, broken mirrors, hole in the fender, sagging headliner, broken seat mount, cracked exhaust manifold, leaking valve cover gasket, bad radiator, bunch of other stuff I can't remember but it cost me at least $1000 to make it drivable when I got it home

This is what I inherited..

Found a CD in the truck right after buying it while driving it home. I put this CD in with the volume fairly loud since the windows were down doing 70mph with 33's. The CD was one track of nothing but a cop siren. WTFFFFF.

There was a big box of used sex toys in the back. I haven't been able to sell them yet for some reason.
