Joann's! I managed to find some actual foam-backed headliner material in enough yardage to make it work. The color match is perfect. This stuff is not easy to find though - it took two Joann's to finally find it.

Been a few weeks, but it front end time.

Didn’t intend to pull it completely out at first, but couldn’t help myself.

The 96 was the first year for the returnless fuel system. It had the metal tank which makes the fuel pump assembly a one year only part.

Where did you get it from? And what years does it cover?

Waiting the remainder of the parts to replace what's left of the factory exhaust.

Thank you! I always forget about CarID - I can never really tell if they actually have stuff in stock or not. I'll definitely give this a try as those same seals are "out of stock" on Quadratec.

So I received the stickers.
Belt routing looks good.
R134 one looks good.
Thinking the electric fan warning is good too but I would have to
still pull out my old factory fan to be sure.
Also will have to be seen how well they hold up in the engine compartment.
If the sticker melts or the glue ends up releasing.
The Up Country is a little weird
Jessenators were inside the window cling type.
Just like factory.
Had something on the side the printing was on that you had to peel off.
It was clingy. You could tell just by touching it.
These there is nothing to peel off on the printed side.
And they don't feel clingy like jessenators.
But there are instructions to mist the window, put it on, slide it into position, and let it dry.
Can be redone again it says.
So.......

I got the XJ back from the "mechanic" yesterday after almost 3 weeks. The gas line is fixed. He "couldn't find" the vacuum leak, although I did not even a minute after I popped the hood--seems Ray Charles could see that I snapped one of the vacuum lines that run from the purge valve to the manifold so I'm not sure what the heck he was even looking at.

I ordered a used one from Ebay. Figure I'll have to redo the intake manifold gasket and bolts, all on order from that Amazon--but there's progress at least and I think I'm only a few days away from completion.

Cut xxxx xxx from the donor XJ for a secret squirrel project thing. Did xxxx xxxxxxxx. Ordered a specialty tool.
Revised the parts list. Drove it like I stole it. The fresh oil isn't going to break itself in.
