X2... went with upgraded ones on mine, but after my lift a couple months ago... it helped my aging oem u-joints right out the door. Did mine last weekend. Only had one that was a real PITA.
The joints I just removed were Spicer along with the spicer driveshaft. ..... the vehicle has 285k miles.... where should I apply for my free replacement joints?

The job went well on the front shaft.... the rear shaft gave me big *****. finally got it done.
BTW, the stock "spicer" joints had NO zerk fittings ,,,, the NAPA ones did. (Federal-Mogul))
not like I'm gonna grease them anyway....
This thing is a daily commuter not an off roader....
If I replace ujoints every 250k or so, I

LOL. I just did mine a couple months ago, and this picture is an accurate recreation of that.
The "lifetime" Spicer U joints do not have a zerk fitting and are considered non greaseable. I actually ended up with the blue capped Spicers, I forget the part number but they have the zerks. I actually like having more control over a grease point like this and it's easy to do when I am using the same grease gun on all my other zerks (TRE, Ball joints, etc) when I am doing an oil change.

Interesting on the NAPA joints... they are all the same actual size, yet the rear driveshaft joints (and the rear of the front shaft) have a bigger zerk in the center of the joint.
