I like the wheels you got for yours, against that green they look really sharp!
I want a set of B.F.Goodrich AT's,,, the white letters would kick it up a notch !!! Those are the next set ! I wanted to get it lifted and all aligned good before chewing up a set of those ! Suppose to be cloudy and 65* tomorrow. I should be able to get some more done !

What did you do to your Cherokee today?-photo909.jpg got these last night. One is good, one is burned pretty good, and one is pretty busted up, but maybe I can get one of the crappy ones to look decent. Even if I don't get either of the bad ones to look decent I still didn't do too bad.

Funny how much paint fades over 17 yrs, the fender is done in the same factory color. But is much darker, color change might be in it's future. The factory 16 in rims give it a little bling.

Sounds like a Cherokee being parked and forgotten about actually. There's no way I can afford an engine right now.

Maybe a bit faded, but that's a good looking rig!

The new gas tank straps came in today, Spectra "Premium" #ST164 from Rockauto.com. They were brought in all the way from China so they must be good!

The straps come unpainted so, taking advantage of a brief pause in this week's bad weather, I gave them a good coat of rust-resistant paint. Since I have to work outside (no room in the garage) the weather needs to clear before I can install them. (Supposed to be bad all week with another Hurricane hitting the U.S.) In the meantime I'm spraying the J-Bolts with Kroil every day in the hope that the Rust God and Corrosion Goddess will smile upon me when I go to unbolt them.

(Yeah, that driveway is in terrible shape! That's the worst spot. Will need to get it repaved one of these days.)
