its not to bad, its mostly just removing all the xj engine management stuff out and meshing the 2 systems together which is 15 is wires for gauges and fuel etc.

well i think if i buy a smaller filter i could get it right behind the tail light, or buy a spectre inline filter and some 4" duct and run it cowl snorkel style

i bought an intake kit for a gm truck, ive seen a couple others use it successfully but my upper rad hose is in the way

im just not liking where the filter ended up, i think it may restrict it too much, but maybe im just over thinking it

ive actually been thinking of getting flat unpainted engine covers similar to those and painting "CHEROKEE" on them

After replacing the brackets and painting, the front axle is back in. Feels amazing seeing it on it's own weight with no stands after all this time. Bolted the seats down, primed the drivers side 2x6, put on JCRs nut strips, and replaced one of the hubs. What a dirty birthday I had.
Will update build thread soon with pics, on mobile now.
