Jeep on.
Nope. Once it starts to sag, gravity and heat take their toll and start peeling the fabric off the rest of the glue. Time for a refurb.

ME? Well, I tried 3 different TPS's and a different MAP sensor - all of which I just had laying around... some changed things for the worse, others a little better... still not "change I can believe in ".

So I put all the other parts back on in favor of trying another day when I have more time to investigate.

WOW, can't believe what a difference that lil spacer makes in getting rid of the wandering. Steering is really nice and tight now. I don't think we'll need to replace the box like we talked about.

EDIT: girl forgot to leave the link. This thing really works. Simple fix. She's happy, and now she's safer without the wandering. I was impressed myself. I had her leave a review on the Ruff Stuff site.

I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee and when I put it into Drive it hits pretty hard and goes. When I run it awhile I notice that I put it in gear and it doesn't hit hard but barely moves when I give it gas. I can manual downshift it to 1 then up to drive and it works fine till I stop. Can anyone tell me why this happens. First jeep and hoping to make it a awesome ride if I can get past this....thanks

Yes - pull the transmission pan down and they're right in view on the driver's side:

Nice Jeep. What made you decide to go with the old-style fender flares?

You can fit larger tires than the late style, and you can bolt them directly to the fenders w/o any metal bracketry that will cause it to pop off.
