i tightened the top shock nuts in front to stop that clunking i was hearing

How did the installation of the 3M gasket? Mine was a PITA! I even heated it to make it more pliable. As I screwed the flares on, it kept shifting and pulling off the flare. I pulled them off and tried to fix it, but it kept doing it.

Finished installing my bastard pack for the most part. I still need to drill out the three broken shock bolts and purchase/install the new shocks but all in all I am thankful to the resources here I took my time and it was actually smoother than I could have hoped.

Yes. But while Pacific Coast Manuals come as a PDF, Haynes comes on a roll of toilet paper.
