Bought it! Seems like Deja-vu... But anyway!

Just got back into town with the new acquisition, another '99 to replace the recently wrecked one.

Gold/tan interior
188K miles
4.0/auto/4X4
Budget lift
OrFab front bumper
Trimmed wheelwells
Rusty's 1/4 armor
Really nice headlights
Black Soft-8s
33" Mickey Thompson HTZs
New AC, super cold

Now begins the task of going through it and addressing anything overlooked/ignored/done wrong.

Speedo is off, reads 10mph too slow at Hwy spd.

Front end is a little sloppy, TREs, track bar, etc are in its near future.

Occasional vibration over bumpy roadway, shocks likely.

Stock everything with 33X12.5 tires? Was gonna drop to 31s but it actually drives & accelerates great, may just beef up the axles, etc.

Dummy lights. Ugh, gotta look into a cluster swap from my Sport.

Light tan interior... Mechanic. The black interior will eventually get swapped over as well.

But, made the 2.5hr drive back to San Antonio without a single hiccup! Off to a good start!

I just bought my Jeep Classic, so working on basics: oil change and added new drain plug. I have some bigger jobs to do, install new radiator, front end shake and mild heat ( not sure of the problem, replaced thermostat so far).

Exited to get back into the Jeep world!!

I originally wanted to mount it here but I checked behind the dash and there's structural support behind the facade. Didn't feel like messing with that so I did it on the console. Maybe one day in the future.
