The premium audio option was a nice idea, but it was very poorly implemented in XJs

I started painting some coil springs for the front, the ones that are currently in there do not match. So I went to Crazy Rays and grabbed a matching set. The current springs do not appear to be the same item on each side.

I also have a buddy at work who just put his daughter in his '94 XJ so I am painting a sway bar for them too.

Prepped to take my doors off tomorrow morning...I leave for work at 2:30 am. So I took all my tools and fluids out, got rid of all the bits of paper (old receipts) that could fly out while doorless, and made room for the generator (that works) I found at work last week...going in early to load it into the jeep (not supposed to take stuff from the trash pile, but cleared it with my boss first, told me to keep it on the DL...)So, when I get ready to leave in the AM, just gotta unplug, lift the doors off, put my mirrors on, and enjoy a doorless day!
Looking forward to it, haven't rolled without doors since I got pulled over for it a while back...(no ticket, cop was just hasslin' me, LOL)

Hmm probably a solid day to remove all trim and tape off everything, I also cut and folded fenders. Then 2nd day I spent rolling it all, 2 coats with dry time in between. Then a few hours to replace all trim. Nothing too bad given cost compared to paying someone to do it.

Well most of the time I roll with tools anyways, being doorless doesn't justify that...unless you like people stealing your ****. My Jeep has been broken into several times, while doorless (if that counts) but when I roll sans doors, there's nothing in there of consequence. I carry enough tools to get me by at work (on top of what I have there), cuz that's just how I roll...if I don't have it in my box at work, it's in my Jeep...and I live in a small town, so getting pulled over for something means they all know...why tempt fate...
