Started installing 3" RC lift kit. Only got to do rear (leafs and shocks) since it was Easter and had other obligations. Also installed D windows and 31x10.5's. Was previously sitting stock on worn out leafs and 235/75's. Need to get front done since I have some major rubbing up front with the 31's which I expected. Couldn't help myself from putting then on to see how it looked.
First is a before, then an after.

Coming along nicely!

It was just more of a hassle than I thought it should be. The po had used some tar tape around the speaker so that didn't help either. Clearly the door was not designed for easy door check replacement as there is little clearance to get that thing back in place.

Bought a LED kit from Snajo here on the forum a few months ago. Finally got around to it. My gauge lights were almost all gone and my 4x4 shifter was completely gone. I went with the blue and it was really easy. Looks pretty sweet and now they all light up again. Not bad for 16$ or whatever they were lol.
While in there, I also removed my ABS light that has been on since swapping the 44 in 6 years ago lol.

Wrestled the oil pan back on [gasket attempt 3, spent a day cleaning the surfaces this time], and, hopefully, got everything tightened down just right. I don't have a torque wrench that goes low enough, and I'm not quite experienced enough to really have a feel for these things yet.
Used a FelPro gasket, though.
I also replaced a cracked tail light, and spliced a new connector on for my oil pressure sender [temporary splice, though--I'm not happy with it, and I really ought to learn how to do it right, with solder and everything].
I kinda really want to start on the gauge cluster swap next, but, frankly, I'm terrified that I'm gonna snap off my oil pressure sender.
Next up, if the gauge cluster doesn't defeat me: rear wiper. Because it's really not doing me any good with the 'no wiper' and the 'spray all the cars behind me' feature.

Pop about 8 clips, unscrew the speaker and pull it out, reach into the door and grab the old door check.

I picked up a 12 ft stick 2x4 3/16 box tubing for it today.
Look in fab tech for a new thread this week to see what kinda project I got going on!

Yesterday I finished installing my thunderbolt spin cat, magnaflow muffler, and 2.5" tailpipe. Also installed new hatch struts.
Today I installed my new Pioneer headunit. Glad to finally have a USB port again.

Put a mouse trap in the Heep. Won't let the little bastard that figured out how to get in there pass that knowledge on
