I snapped it off accidentally yesterday..........

I did that to my mom's Explorer this last summer trying to do a tune up. I don't remember when it was last done, but the plugs and wires had pretty much become one. Was yanking on the front left plug wire, the wire let go and the top of the dip stick went flying

I still owe her a new one

After accidentally leaving my hazard lights on, the Jeep wouldn't start on one of the coldest day. To make a long story short, after three failed jumps from three different sources and the Jeep finally getting towed out of a highly questionable area in the Bronx, I wound up getting a new battery (850 CCA) with dual terminals to accommodate all the electronics. So far so good!

Imagine my surprise when flushing the heater core yielded ZERO results. I knew it couldn't be the water pump, but I ran out of options and finally checked it

So that was the culprit, but with the tune-up we did it is running better than ever.

We changed my sons injectors on his 1rst. XJ with the 703"s and I regretted it. I won't to it on mine or his new one. I figure if it is running good, I won't mess with it.
I think I'm going to leave the injectors alone. It runs great now with the tune up. I had the same thoughts if it ain't broke... the TB may fall to the same theory too. Lift and tires are priority #1 right now. And it's 10w-30 not 15w-40 that I used.

Cleaned the IAC and TB today...some preventative maintenance while the weather is nice before returning below freezing.

Quick question though. While I continue to look for my Manual that got up and walked off, does anyone know if the "cooling fan 40A" is suppose to be missing fuse along with the other spots?
