this is in flagstaff az it's a tunnel under the freeway made it through the tunnel and kinda slide to the left, tried to back out but slid even further to the left and backed up against the concrete wall! It took a 30yd cable and a winch to finally get it out!

In the middle of my rear seal replacement. Bought my jeep in poor condition and really unknown mileage. Got the rear main cap off to find this.

While you are under there just pop all of them of off and replace the main bearings..

This is not a hard job

I hear people say this all the time (ooh I will just run it till it blows) why the hell would you ruin a good motor the bearings are less than $65 and a new motor is going to run a hell of a lot more!!! Like $1500

If the mains look that bad what do you think the cam bearings and rods look like? So I spend the time and money and knowing how jeeps are the rods could go a month later. Why when I can get a used engine, rebuild it myself while still driving my jeep as is. Then over a weekend swap long blocks and be done. While still being less then $600.

Picked up 5 perfect "Gambler" wheels w/BFG AT KO's mounted on them. 1 has never seen the ground and the rest have between 65-80% tread left. Got'em for $450. Putting the tires on the '97 I picked up a couple of months ago and the wheels are goin' on my '98.
