Looked like the old thermo was sticking. Ran around 220. Installed a new one and ran like normal.

For that little mystery panel, up until I believe 1991, the top slot of that panel could get a clock. Down below, there was a rare option in early XJ Wagoneers for a "system sentry" that went there. That may have been were the WAIT TO START and other diesel indicator lights went as well.

A clock was also an option in that spot, but I'm not sure when that was discontinued.

On the '95, I pulled the trouble codes and did a little scraping on the engine deck. Figured out how to make the mirror remote levers fit the plastic trim pieces, and put them together.

Keep finding little issues from running into the trees over the winter. This time I removed and inspected the control arms and found a bent upper mounting bolt. Grade 10.8 stripped threads and bent. This bolt was on the upper arm with jonny-joint. Replaced it with a grade 8 until I can get a replacement from NAPA.
Next is replacing another motor mount (I'm getting good at that).

I have been going to Napa more and more. It's the only place that I don't get blank stares when I try to explain what I'm trying to fix/ find lol. And always the same guy behind the counter which is nice.

Finally fixed the power window issue where they only work from drivers control. Just a little thing, but it made me happy
