OMG!! He's actually working on the XJ. Looks like you got lots of work ahead of you. I'm also a bit surprised your center console bracket is still in one piece. I used some weird piece of flat steel I found and a whole lot of gorilla glue to put mine back together, lmao. Did you ever fix the taco fold in the unirail?
Close it all up and soak it with a hose. Find your leaks and fix them before the floor

I washed mine today and admired the rock love. Realized i was missing a rock light that apparently was either cut off, or the wire was met by a rock at Gulches last time i went out. Also saw that my driver front tire has an interesting slice in it. I'm not too worried about it, even though it is on the sidewall. I might can get it vulcanized.

You're a bad person and you should feel bad. lol
Yes indeed. Actually I superglued that bracket a couple summers ago, mine had snapped the rear-right leg off. Haven't thought to check if it's holding up still.
Frame repairs are pending cutting out of the floor. Gonna hold off on that 'til the date on stiffeners and floor pans gets a little closer. My friend needs to move the XJ now and then to get other crap into his garage lol
Oh I'm all over that lol. Don't you worry. The majority of the trapped water is from a combination of giant holes in the floor, this fancy stuff called "snow" that sticks to boots and passengers don't kick off, and rubber mats I had slipped between the floor and carpet. That wasn't very smart of me.

just painted my d44 and placed an order for the brake rebuild parts including new shoes, adjuster, springs, cylinders, and whatever else i forgot to mention. My buddy works at napa so i got a good deal with his discount. Once i get my next paycheck i'll order the master overhaul kit from RWKhaussupply. Once i get that in the mail I'll take the whole thing down to auburn car repair & offroad and have them assemble the whole thing for me including new axle bearings, and me and a buddy will toss it in under the watchful eye of his master mechanic father. pretty excited!!

Got the rest of the interior out, "actually yesterday". :P
Front pass floor was new two winters ago. A LOT of water was trapped. I want to burn the carpet for breaking my heart so, but I don't want to be anywhere near those fumes.

Cleaned my wheels today, went on a drive, blew my rear driver's side wheel cylinder. But my dad brought our J10 to me so I could drive around while he towed my Jeep home so that was nice.
Replaced my power steering pump, pulley, and gear box. was rushing so I forgot to bleed my lines sooo, I think somehow I managed to fry my pump because I have no power steering. So I got another one from work and I'm swapping them out tomorrow.

Painted my tow hooks and drilled the brackets because they were missing a hole. Needs to be a larger hole but I don't have the right bit. Also got the jeep washed, but I have a leak on the passenger side I need to figure out.
My right front door leaks from the top so I feel your pain lol
