Little preventive maintenance. Swapped out my idler pulley and threw on a new serpentine belt.

It's not likely they'll repair/replace it for free. Pulling a larger vehicle than yours exceeds what the average warranty promises. But I wish you luck

It's an offroad winch bumper - it's supposed to be made to do exactly what he did. He didn't exceed the winch capacity therefore the bumper should have held up.

I'm sure they'll fix him up - MOST offroad parts manufacturers have a you break it fix we fix it guarentee

Exactly and I would have expected the winch to break or stall out before any damage to the bumper

Looks like an xrc 8 from all the stickers on it, which would be an 8k. Plenty of power to bend that plate if neither vehicle is moving.

Rented a tow dolly and loaded up the Heep yesterday and this morning dropped it off at the shop to have the AC system evacuated and the coolant drained from the radiator and engine. Drivers door lock rod came apart so I had to crawl across from the passenger side. Has a strong battery and no clutch/starter safety switch so I had some ability to motor it around with the starter. I know it's hard on the starter, but it's on it's way out anyway. Only problem I ran into with that is Dispite the low power and slow speed of the starter, it's icy outside and the thing is still a "one wheel wonder."

Fabbing up some drop down brackets for my 50" light bar.Had some Yakima ski rack rain gutter mounts lying around in the garage so I'm making the brackets so the bar will sit in between the mounts just above the roof line instead of 6-7 in above the roof line with the light bars' stock mount.
Here's from the other night when I test fitted.
Finished pics will be posted after my majors battery charges and can drill holes!!
