Did some more painting on mine after a trip to the JY for my brother. He had to get an EGR Vacuum Modulator or whatever it's called so it'll run right. Runs pretty much perfect now! Anyone back to the main spotlight....I got tired of the faded, chipped, surface rusted and clear coat peeling hood. So, I got to work!
Just a start right now, but I'm going to have the Jeep repainted in a two tone dark metallic blue and the black undercoat/bed liner. I'm working on a PhotoShop version of the pic below to show what I want it to basically look like. This is just after I finished spraying the black undercoat.

Exchanged the OBD-II scan tool in it for some junk.
Did some junk to the Golf instead lol. But that's already too much information for this thread.

I'm really thinking about it, but I'll buy a new one first. Mine's all cracked and broken in places....And since you mentioned the cowl, I just remembered something....I'd like to get a cowl intake for mine, but there's a big plate blocking the top of the passenger side cowl. Would that need removed to run an intake there? It part of the cowl area, not just bolted in....
