Tightened my upper arms at the frame. I had a clunk while braking and noticed one of my arms was moving when messing with the brakes, should I be worried that one of my arm bolts at the frame is 17mm and the other is just a 5/8ths? The 5/8 arm was the one that was clearly moving, should I go get a new 17mm bolt and replace it?
It's possible someone busted off the welded nut inside the frame when they replaced upper arms or bushings (assuming this because you didn't elaborate). If they used factory bushings then yeah they're sized to fit the stock bolt, which is an M10x1.5 75mm class 12.9. Sounds like someone jammed an under-sized SAE in there. Don't forget a new nut!

Are you talking about the bolt head?

I realized that when we did my lift over a year ago and had the arms out we accidentally flipped the frame and axle bolts on the passenger side. The bolt is 5/8 on all of them but the frame bolt has a 17mm head. Does anyone know if that should be flipped? The bolt had a couple threads of play so i'm not surprised it was moving.

Its possible to get a broken bolt out of the metal sleeve in the leaf spring if you soak it CLR for 24 hours...

I would but I only have access to tools and the garage at certain times so I need to get this finished before the bushings could be here. New bushings everywhere are on the list somewhere down the line
I installed a new cb tail light antenna mount. Had to do a little cutting on the edge but fits up well. Pretty sturdy for being held on by one bolt. I know I am running the risk of ripping the mount off and all that but where I go wheel is out in the desert and not so much in the trees. This is also a long term temp till I get bumpers.
