My passenger side "Cherokee" emblem fell off today, thanks to the botched paint job the PO got 7 years ago. Emblem even took some paint with it.

The reason why "fresh paint job" in a sale ad isn't always a plus. Lol. Looks like they put that emblem back on while it was wet.

Today I realized my tires are showing a little belt on the outer edges, thanks to my (mis) alignment. Also, it's taken on a strange odor on the inside, I suspect some form of food dropped by my daughter on our vacation trip a week ago. Lol. Prolly just started stinking.

Oh and it's starting to take longer to crank over. Great.

Close, the new paint didn't have hardener in it when everything was put back on. The front Jeep badge already went flying when the PO still had it.

Cut coil buckets for my hp30 swap.
It's nice working on a laser.

Took me 45 mins to get it out. Luckily my friend lived nearby, I called him and asked him to winch me out. Unfortunately he drive a YJ on 37s. He couldn't let me live it down.

He kept saying F Cherokees this. F Cherokees that.
I told him I l get him out someday.

So after all, literally no damage. Only the lower control arm bracket is slightly bent outwards due from hitting rocks but not affecting the function.

Believe it or not. I already removed my rear sway bar months ago. That's left side fully tucked inside the well and right side fully dropped. I don't even have bump stops either. I checked the shocks. They are still good, whew

Seafoam, spark plugs, oil change. Just put the top and doors back on. Least favorite thing about my YJ is I can't be soaked when I show up to work.
