stick on (tape weights) blow big time. they fall off on roads, let alone trails. if you are really worried about weights on the outside, ask for a static cip which will only have weights on the inside, but arent tape so they wont fall off.

I have used "stick-on" weights for years. On several different applications. Never a problem with them falling off. Anyone who for good money does what is shown in the pictures to a customers alloy wheel needs to find another line of work. JMO. Also IANATT but IKATSO.
Oh I would be remise to not mention I "wheeled" my XJ today. Took a ride to check out a old route that is now hardly used. Big woop de doos for a mile or so & had to pass bogus no trespass/private property signs (It is a platted pubilc roadway) but found the way just like the map showed. This route is a alternate way for me to get home from work if the other road is blocked.
Then I went for a boat ride.

Finally found the leak at the rear hatch on the 89. Hopefully I can adjust the hatch alignment and snug it up against the rubber seal a little better. Also disassembled about 80% of the front end so I can pull it out and swap in another one.

Lowered the front end by takin out the spacers and finally finished the job that almost cut my finger off...the driveline angle and steering angle are soooo much better...actually smooth for once. Then I took the spacers and some old shackles that were layin around my garage and put a budget boost on my girlfriends xj...needless to say, it was a very busy day

Just put a drop pitman arm on my 94 2door. no more death wobble... made sure everything on the RC 4.5 was tight and torqued to spec, tomorrow, new sway bar end link bushings to get rid of steel on steel, hoping this eliminates elimintes my slight clunk while turning at slow speeds slipping into parking spots

I gave it a BIG hug & told her I love her after parking my broke A$$ WJ next to it! Then drove away in it whispering sweet nothings in her ear (gotta whisper LOUD CAUSE SHE CAN'T HEAR ME OVER THE SWAMPERS) lol
