Had my buddy mechanic run her up on the lift. Went over the entire front end looking for vibration. Universals seem ok, but you never know. Had him balance the tires and it took most of it out. Greased her up and took her on down the road.

Got my CB tuner, drove in the snow, found my wiper timer isn't working...

 

i replaced the power steering fluid with marvel mystery oil and i think that it fixed the all elusive noise problem that ive been having. I already got 150+ miles on it since then. replacing the fluid only lasted about 50 miles then the noise was back.

 

Had the fly-wheel resurfaced for the new clutch and sealed up the
diff covers

 

tested the new trans

 

Just drove it to work. I can't wait for Saturday to get here. The PACNORWEST Cherokee Forum dudes are going to run Tahuya.

 

Tried to fix my gauge light/tail light problem. Spent all damn evening replacing the headlamp switch just for it not to fix anything. Oh well. Back at it again tomorrow.

well..pulled it into my friends garage and when the bearing siezed, it spun a new groove and it wont pound out at all..so looked up on a site and theres a 99 rear end with 3.07s 22 miles away..99k on it too. might have to go pull it tomorrow

i work 3-7 tonight so my friend redhatman is going to get my axle from the junkyard, we will put it in tomorrow night since we will be with our girl's the rest of the night.

 

Got my CB tuned for channel 19. Finished fabbing my bumper brackets.

 

changed the front brakes then took her out in the first good snow we have gotten here
