Default What is a cheap way to get some ground clearance ?

I just bought a 89 Cherokee and I wanna play off road but I need more tire and most of the ones I'm finding are 35s or 33s

Also you can do trim and fold to the fenders the tires i had in this pic where 33s with a 4.5" lift
before

after trim not same side but you get the idea
