Default What in the akdneiandjenabdjs is going on?!

Ok so I'm losing my patience fast with this bs I don't have time to be driving in the dark anymore. I am beyond mf'ing confused and a little pissed off at the ******* thing. Ok so it's a 99 XJ headlights went out....did some research just changed the headlight switch...now it's went from bad to worse....I have no headlights no parking lights nothing and now one of my blinkers has stopped working....wtf have I done now?? Any help will be much appreciated and I'll try to provide pictures.

Do you have stock headlights or something aftermarket ?And have you checked the headlight fuse http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/...tification.htm

There is a headlight plug that likes to get corroded, I think it's underneath the air box on the driver side, if not there. Then it the passenger side. Ether way, it would be just behind the headlight. The connector is known to become corroded causing problems like you described. Try checking that. Your headlight switch may have been fine. I'm sure cruiser will chime in and give you more info on the connector.

thank you.. The headlights are stock..I will double check fuse to be 100%.

will check that and hope it's the problem and not something worse.

I would also check your blinker switch in the steering column. The headlight wiring goes through there too. It may have a break in one of the circuits causing the system to not work. try wiggling the blinker switch with the lights on an see if anything happens.
