See, I'm hoping he took that just sitting in his jeep and it was some tool in a pickup truck that actually performed said ignorant mudslinging. But without info, its assumed OP did the slinging

I bet that was just a car that the OP happened to see and then decided to snap a picture of. he didn't even mention if he was the one slinging mud or not
hard to imagine anyone would be dumb enough to purposely kick up mud (and probably rocks) at someone elses car
