Default track bar

What does the track bar actually do? Other than go pop and clunk, and bother me with the noise.

Also gives you more aggravation when tidying up the last bits of your lift if you didn't get an adjustable or drop bracket

That's probably an issue you should fix. If it breaks you will lose all control of steering and if it happens at 60mph on the highway you're in big trouble

Hehehe. Whatever you do dont try removing it and driving your Jeep to find out. Or if you do please have someone record it on video.

I do plan on making the repairs. It just looks as though it's not really connected to anything. The noise didn't present itself until I replaced the swaybar and link bushings, went from 31's to 235's also.

X2 It should be attached to body on one end and axle on the other.

It is connected, and it is connected to were it should be.To me it just looks as though it does't serve a purpose.
