Yes, but not in his state so I'm completely against it.

I can't stand dark tint anyhow.

I have factory tint (whatever it is) on the rear windows and 27% on the front door windows. At nighttime it irritates me since I can't see clearly through it.

My front and rear are at 15%. I think it's perfect. Even better now that I have working AC
