I didnt exaggerate the price on his TJ. Parts for stuff is so damn expensive here its not funny. I was including the buy price of the Jeep in that though. $25k for a 10 year old manual TJ. 
New Wranglers start at 52K here
I would have to throw 10k at my XJ make it awesome.
What I can remember thats in the TJ is
6 inch long arms
33 swamper boggers with beadlock rims
Teraflex transfer case (which got destroyed)
ARB rear Air locker
Warn Front and back bumpers
Warn 9000LB winch
New Wranglers start at 52K hereI would have to throw 10k at my XJ make it awesome.
What I can remember thats in the TJ is

Teraflex transfer case (which got destroyed)
ARB rear Air locker

I think he just exaggerated on the price. I mean only thing I can think of making it a 50k Jeep is he paid it off, lifted, top of line tires/wheels and put a gold plated LS1 engine in it. I honestly can't see 50k into a jeep unless it's a one off project built from the ground up with all top of the line products.
