Default Is there a really a quality Roof Rack out there?

So needless to say, when I bought my Hanson rear bumper I was stupid enough not to order one with a tire carrier. Now I need somewhere to mount a 33".
Only place left is on the roof... now my question.. what rack is really worth $550+ bucks???
I don't mind spending the money on a quality product, I do like to buy the best (most the time).
Is there anything out there really worth the cost?

I've looked at the Garvin Wilderness Systems rack @ $681
The Gobi is ridiculously overpriced @ $1,200
The Cargo Master is $329 - This seems like the best $/quality build so far.
The Warriors & Olympics seem flimsy and cheap - overpriced at $450?

Does anyone have any suggestions?
I'm also not looking to build one.
I will however pay for a well fabricated one locally?

I don't know what your bumper looks like, but consider an option: C4x4 has a tire carrier that is made to bolt on to just about any rear bumper that has flat panels. I'd go that route & keep the center of gravity low on the XJ. I do have a Kargo Master that I'm selling, but I don't think you'd want to ship it to CO.

How about Rola roof rack?
$179.95 seem like a good deal to me.

I've had 2 Garvin wilderness racks and love them. They are well built and very sturdy, but not cheap.
