How much can you bore a throttle body and just screw it right on without replacing more stuff

Only bore h.o. 4.0l throttle body's and before more parts are needed you can bore to 60mm the top is already 60mm and the butterfly fits 60mm but after that it tapers down when you bore it out to 60mm you are getting rid of the taper.

not sure but if you're attempting to do this at the very least you will need a caliper or something to measure the ID...

the link cruiser put up is where I plan to get mine when the time comes... but that's probably far away...

If I could find a 62-63mm flap I'd probably hone it myself... if not its $90 well spent

I think not positive 56mm at the bottom and tapers up to 60mm

I think you go to 62mmm on your 2000. Not REAL helpful, but noticeable.

I found that going to 60mm helped pull better going up hill. Also at 62mm you'll need a new butterfly.
