Well our mud pit did exactly what we wanted it to yesterday.
This showed up as planned. That's my buddy's comanche next to it. 6.5" lift on 33s. Then the comanche, me on my 33" boggers, and my buddy's 4.9 stroker Cherokee on 35" boggers.

And we got it stuck

And my buddy's deuce. He tried coming in the more shallow edge.

That's as much as I could get for pics. A lot more rigs showed up. Hoping I can come up with some action shots and videos of me in the drags from someone.
Here's our 300ft lanes the day after. Wasn't so watery when running.

I would say mud isn't the XJ's forte since it is so lightweight.... IMO, even the GC is better because of it's weight and ability to maintain momentum(which is why lifted heavy pickup trucks mud, and not rock crawl). But then again, just throwing that out there....
You couldn't be anymore backwards. Weight is your biggest enemy in the mud. That is exactly why xjs do so well in the mud, they're light. People build big trucks because they have little pee pees and they're easier to get big tires under.

heres some guy i found on my way back from fishing one day. he said he saw trails over the snow bank so he thought he could make it. i laughed bc the only tire marks were mine. he was so buried it took 4 hrs to dig him out!
This was my buddy 2500 diesel chevy passenger side tires was gone stuck in the lake after 5 hard jerks with my 95 Xj I ripped my Reese hitch from the unibody he laughed said big bad jeep couldn't get him out so I turned around hooked chain to my front sway bar and after 8 more jerks and a Lotta rev limiter I got him out lol
