Wink Stuck in my Stocker XJ, haha

So I am sending this from my stock XJ as I sit in a trench waiting for my cousin to get here with his mod'd 95 XJ lovingly called 'The Decepticon'. This is my first time driving off-road (driving, not riding) and for a stock XJ, Kizzy did me proud...but remember kids, puddles are deceptive! what looked like a shallow puddle turned out to have two extremely deep ruts smack in the middle of it! I am buried up to my axles. And somehow, instead of being angry or upset...all I can think is...Awww Kizzy got her first 'stuck!' and then...well, now I just want a lift and bigger tires... haha Is this normal?! I think...this may have sealed the deal... I love my XJ! and she's officially been christened!

haha thanks! Kizzy (my XJ) now has a new parts list going, including lockers, skid plates, tow points, a small lift (3 inch), 31" tires, among other things I had already planned. Took my cousins XJ AND my ex's (thank goodness for staying friends!) both towing to get me out, apparently someone else with a 6" lift and 35's got stuck in the same hole the other day, so i dont feel bad at all! haha

lol I did some long hard thinking and before I start tinkering with Kiz, I'm going to look into a DD, because I don't want to risk breaking her with my novice status, and ending up without regular transportation back and forth to work...so *build* pics will be a long time coming! lol

Here's Kizzy when I first got her, cuz my fantastic cell phone won't send the pictures of her stuck in the mud from where I am right now (promise I'll put those up)...and a picture of my ex, as requested! haha

The ex:

lol only one I got is me sitting in the back while I was stuck, I'm always the one behind the camera! lol

Eh, here's one of me and the XJ, I'm *in* it though. lol

And I feel I need to post a picture of "The Decepticon" as well. I love that Jeep...

And, since he DID help pull me out, the ex's rig, Brutus. (looks stock in this but it's got a 3" lift and 31's etc etc etc...)

haha oops! sorry, you can probably see where the confusion happened. I am still having trouble getting the stuck pics to load, but as soon as I get them up I will post them for sure. Theyre dark and from a cell phone so theyre not fantastic, but still amusing!
