Default Stereo wiring problems?

Just put a new stereo deck in my truck and everything works but I can't listen to anything. I went through all my local radio stations and they all come out fuzzy except for one station. The one station is perfectly clear. I tried the aux cable with my phone and it's it plays the songs except it's really staticky as well.
It's probably hard to understand what I'm talking about but if anyone knows why this is? or what it could be? ,that would be great!! Thanks

Also it's not the speakers because I replaced all of them.

Is the HU new or "new to you" from a boneyard? How did you go about wiring it up? You're not running line out V to the speakers are you?

It's A brand new pioneer unit from the store. I had to use a new harness so I clipped the wires from my old harness and connected them to the new harness. The speakers are hooked up to the stock wiring.

I just went straight up color to color. I matched the color wire coming from my car to the same wire on the harness.

Does the static happen with the car off or only on?

I'm wondering if that could be the problem. Could you not buy the proper adapter for the radio that fits your XJ that plugs right in. They have them at about all stereo shops that do installs.

Have you checked the power and ground yet? Really important with any electronics.

I thinks it's a little to late for that, but thanks.

I checked the power and cleaned the ground an everything seems good. I also noticed that when I play music on low volume there is no fuzzy staticky sound. Only when I turn it up it gets really bad.
