Default Squeak when I turn my steering wheel

I have a 89 xj Laredo and I just installed a daystar 3" lift and I noticed a couple days later that whenever I turn it has this squeaky noise from the front end can anyone help?

Yeah maybe like 3 days after the lift like I would turn my steering wheel and it would squeak if I rocked it back and forth but my buddy said it might be an alignment issue

Is it a squeak or like a whining noise? Cause usually if you hear it whining while you turn the wheel you could be running low on power steering fluid or the power steering pump could be going out. And you might want to look into the alignment issue, cause lifting any vehicle will mess up your alignment and cause issues.
