I have the silverstar headlights and the bulbs in my driving lights on my bumper. As for the silverstar headlights, they seem some brighter, but not a ton. But they do change the color to be more pure white, not so yellow, and that makes stuff more visible.

Yeah, but they are a little brighter and i've found they have a crisper pattern.

They are a waste of money if you ask me. When I had them I drove around with my brights on all the time and didn't get any reaction at all from other drivers. Very little difference from the stock ones.

if you dont get full voltage with the stock harness, that is alot of your problem. just buy upgrading your headlight harness to get max volts to the bulbs with help your viability 10 fold, your old brights are like your low beams after upgrade

Not quite as simple as throwing in a set of headlights.

true, but if you dont have full volts you will never get good results whether you buy cheapo lights or ones that are "good"

run the drop in replacements for my 00 and like them alot. Cleaner, clearer pattern and visibility. BUT... if you don't have the proper amount of power to them they are not worth the upgrade.

The life span is a fraction on regular bulbs. Waste of money. Better off with a hid upgrade
