Huh?
A picture of a "4wd conversion" is going to be a picture of anyone on this forum's Jeep...
It's not difficult. Acquire a front axle, drive shafts, t-case, x-member, shifter, transmission and install it.
Then, you're done. It's that easy.
See. 4wd.

Get a front axle with the same gear ratio as your back. Get a transmission and transfer case with the same spline count (I think it's either 21 or 23) the count doesn't matter. I did mine one piece at a time. Drop the transmission, with the new transmission ready with the TCase on it line it up and bolt everything back up. Your going to need a special socket for a couple of the bolts on the top of the transmission I forgot what they are called. Everything should plug in the same as it did with the other transmission, the only issue I found was my spedo wire was too short and I'm running without my mph gauge. The axle should be simple, jack up the car unhook everything in the axle and swap the new one in. As for the shifter everything's there, you need to punch the hole where the linkage goes from the cab underneath and bolt everything up. Process took us a solid 2 days. For some pics check out my build thread.

The two E10 Inverted Torx bolts that are hidden out of sight and a pain when you don't know what they are? Lol
