So the a4 is saving you about $160 month.

But wait, if you add up the monthly payments, loan interest, insurance, maintenance, tags and inspection, isn't that more than $160/month?

the tags and insp wouldn't add much per month as both vehicles require them. maint is prob less w an Audi lol (at this point in time anyhow), interest is incorporated into the loan. so really the only dif he's looking at is the payment if there is one. and the unmentioned fact that the Audi is MUCH nicer to drive.

In that case, it's not about saving money, it's about driving a nicer vehicle.

nothing wrong with driving a nicer car, but there's a fine line of stupid to cross.... when it comes to sacrificing safety to save a few bucks at the pump.... not saying all small cars are unsafe but real live crash dummies are sometimes driving them some people will be adamant about the "smart cars" safety sticker, well the crash dummies are going 35mph into a wall, pair that same situation against my 8k lb truck both cars at 35mph head on and you're dead... and I just have to buff out my bumper...

I have a Ram with a Hemi, a 2002 TBird but I prefer driving my XJ daily because it best suits my personality.

pretty much. I love driving my audi daily compared to driving my xj daily. but during the winter I end up daily driving my xj more then my a4 anyways because of all the snow and road salt. the only complaint I have is its hard trying to save up to mod 2 cars. I can never decide what parts I want to buy for what vehicle lol. and for anybody that's interested this is a pic of it

id take my jeep over a little car any day. they may not be the most fuel efficient but they'll run for ever as long as you take good car of them. and they're very versitile ok on the road/great off the road

Cool

Nice Audi billytoad, matte black grill looks good.

That being said, I'd rather have the Wrangler in the background, to each his own.

Is that different grill and wheels or did you paint them or something? Looks good. Really want to get rid of all the chrome on my Q7.
