Default Rubicon Express

Ok, Tomorrow i'm getting my lift. After looking around I decided not to go cheap and get a rough country I want good quality. So I've decided on the Rubicon Express 4.5in superflex with leaf packs. Does anyone suggest a different brand? I want to stay at 4-4.5in and under 1700

im also really liking this kit here

that fabtech lift looks like crap for the price
I like the rubicon one somewhat. the only thing I don't like is the track bar is not double sheer
I say get the RE kit and go from there. the only thing you'll need to add is shocks so $1050 on the lift (serious offroad) $300 max on shocks and $200 for an SYE if you want it
you're at $1550 with a couple bucks left over for tax and shipping.

I still strongly suggest piecing together a lift. mainly to add a rock krawler track bar, long arms, and eliminate the silly sway bar

i really wanna run the pro comp MX-6 shocks but the shock says it only comes in 3in for cherokee. So does that mean it will only fit a 3in lift?

Screw that..go bilstein, or OME...or if you have serious $ to throw down go with FOX shocks...they have a few different applications.

Would a Zone lift with Fox Shocks be a good setup?

google is your friend when it comes to fox applications for cherokees. Bilstein makes quite a few different shocks, most common would prolly be the 5100...which run about 80 per shock. The fox 2.2s are like 120 if im not mistaken. Fox shocks on a zone lift is fine...but your shocks will be worth more than your lift! haha

Definitely piece one together and get the serious long arms and descent shocks and do away with sway bars. So you need coils leafs long arms track bar and shocks. Maybe sye. It can be done under 1500 probably. Oh and brake lines

dont bother with expensive shocks yet. just get your lift and get it running
I bought auto zone shocks because I know I wont have the same wheel travel next year
buy good shocks when you've really got your suspension dialed in. rubicon express shocks will do it. decent price decent quality

I don't recommend buying any complete lift. I don't think there is one out there that has everything you need, quality, and good price
but the RE 4.5" comes pretty close. I still say it's better to piece one together but if you really want a complete lift, I'd settle with RE
