So I ordered my 6.5 rough country lift and control arm drop brackets on Friday. I expected at latest they would be here today. I called only to find out there controll arms are on back order. Man that sucks. I had plans to install it and to go out with friends, but now I have to wait until July like 11th or something. I have already picked up my 33's and some 15x10 Crager 310 rims. So I'll be just holding them. The nice thing is that Rough Country is a great company to deal with. Rusty up there helped me out and made it ok even though I have to wait. Well, I just wanted to vent my problem.

Can I really do that b/c they were saying that it will pull the axle back too far. If you guys think it will work Ill tell him to ship the lift with out them to me then ship them when they come in.

nah at 6.5" and drop brackets, your setup will be like a 2.5" lift with stock arms cuz the brackets lower the arms 4". If you ran stock arms at 6.5" with no brackets then yeah it will be pulled back pretty good. i ran stock arms with the drop brackets at 4.5 and my axle was a bit too far forward but it worked till i got some RC's flex arms so with your 6.5 it should be just right.
