Default Finally bought my first Cherokee

So finally, after 4 months of trying to find one, I think I found the one. It's a 1987 Cherokee Laredo.
-179,00 miles
-Manual
-$350 bucks

Guy that sold it to me didn't want it anymore. He moved into a new house, and figured that he didn't need a 4th car. I took it off his hands

What do you guys think?

Didn't get any interior pics yet. Picking it up tomorrow afternoon. Checked everywhere for rust, and not near as bad as I had planned on. The owner spilled a bucket of paint onto the carpet in the back. But it's only to my advantage, because it caused him to lower the price, and I'm just Herculining the inside.

Well to start,

-5 matching tires. Not a single tire on the Jeep is the same as another. Haven't picked out a certain tire yet. No bigger than 32's, as I believe that's the biggest I can go stock.
-Painting wheels for now, until I can afford a nice set of Cragars.
-Fender trimming.
-Cleaning out the interior, cleaning up the paint, pulling carpet.
-New seats
-3.5 RE lift. Need to learn more before I do anything with that.
-Replacing things that don't work.(I would list, but it's a mile long list)

That's just the start of it. I live in Utah, and I need to take advantage of living with 4 hours of Moab.

Well maybe I'll just stick with 31's for now. I don't mind trimming, but this Jeep might just be temporary. But nobody can know for sure. I moved to Utah, didn't know what Moab even meant, and now I'm dying to go there.

Yeah my old man is totally against the idea. He had a Wrangler when I was little, so I always use that against him. He told me he doesn't want me doing any off roading in the Jeep. My mom laughed at said that was the whole reason for buying it. I got a Civic for my first car and I decided I would rather get dirty and wheel, then drive fast and die.

Yeah I don't like them when they're riced out. Especially here in Utah because the roads suck, and I live in the mountains. I've always wanted a Jeep so I had to beg hardcore. Any suggestions though? Anything you would do if you were me?

Alright cool. Thanks a ton. I do want to put a cage in, but I have to get the basics done first. I'm going to get basic things done first. Make sure it runs as best as possible. I've read every build thread, not kidding. I lurked on the site for about 3 months and read as much as possible. It's all just a matter of time. And money of course.
