Stopped at a gas station so my buddie could be a pack of smokes. A lady pulls up next to me and waves. I kinda nod, and ignore her. I continue talking to my wife, and then get startled by a knock on my window. Its the same lady and she wanted to compliment me on my dirty Jeep. She said she was jealous! So we continue to talk about her stock XJ and about my XJ...
All of the sudden were surrounded.by 3 squad cars. Full lights, everything. They inform us that the area we are in is apparently a drug trafficing stop, so basically we looked like drug dealers.
After we BOTH consented to search, one of the cops finally recognizes me from work. Knowing who I am he stopped the officer who was doing the search of the other truck, mine was already cleared, and they let us go.
It was pretty funny. I knew there was no drugs, just the adrenaline we get from wheeling! So I had NO issue letting the officer waste his time!
