RC wont answer me

Default RC wont answer me

Emailed rough country twice now in 2 weeks. I just wanted to let them know they are sending out the wrong size bushing with the 3" series II lift kit shocks. The rear bushing had a metal sleeve in it that was way to small to fit. It was a pain in the butt to get out and mount properly. I also wanted to tell them that I got no N2.0 stickers for my shocks. I ordered the new N2.0s as soon a they came out so I could try them out. I LOVE THEM!! But I wanna show them off and I have no shock stickers lol. They won't answer me to send more. And they won't even acknowledge that the rear shocks were wrong. Iv heard good reviews from RCs costomer service so I am a bit confused. Does anyone know if they are closed during Christmas or somthing?

Call them. I've tried emailing companies, it takes them a few days to get back to you that way, especially around xmas.

Yeah definitely call them. I was having issues with my rear springs and I tried emailing as well but as soon as I called I got an answer in minutes.

I had this problem a month ago, just Call them. Their email has not been working for months, and the Rep on the forum won't answer PM's.

If you want results get off cherokeeforum.com and call them. I have had great experience with their customer service.
