Default Fuel problem?

Ok not sure where to put this so hopefully this is the right spot and I can get some answers... I have a 99 Cherokee sport 4.0 auto, the issue I'm having is it doesn't want to start on its own I have to give a few pumps before she will go (only if it's been sitting a while) when driving it will randomly drop about 1000 rpms then before you can blink it's fine, what I've done: new fuel pump, iac, tps, checked for vacuum leaks, checked all electrical plugs I can see, injectors, cap and rotor, plugs and wires, new EDGE throttle body, O2 sensors... I'm sure I'm missing something that I've already tried. No check engine lights!! Please what else can it be? Could it possibly be the catalytic converter would that throw a check engine light? Any info will be greatly appreciated
