Default RC vs Rustys: Shocks Edition.

Ok so heres the deal everyone im just shocks away from completing my 6.5" LA kit. Im on a tight budget (college student/part time job) was wonding if the Rustys shocks are any better then RC. Iv ridden RC since lifting my first jeep 2 years ago. are rustys shocks any better? smoother ride? or should i just stick to RC considering my prior relationship with them. any thoughts or opinons are welcomed. people who have ridden both products please leave your input.

I ran my RC 2.2 shocks for a few weeks when I installed the 4.5" LA kit...horrible ride on road (in my opinion), then I upgraded to the bilstein 5150's.........enough said!

Had the rc 2.2 in for a couple months now. I'll say it's not the worst riding shock I've ever had but there is vast room for improvement. It's bouncy but a soft bouncy. Doesn't beat you to death trying to drive it but the bouncing gets alil annoying sometimes

ok guys so iv gotten good feedback on the RC 2.2 series and some bad on those as well, and no input on rustys. i know there is vast room for improvement for the ride of the shocks but again im on a budget atm. but everyone is saying for the price RC 2.2 shocks are worth it over rustys?

Yea for the price I can't say anything that bad about them. They are massive. I don't know if that's good or bad but they sure look like beef sitting under there. An the built in bumpstops should keep it from ever over charging so I guess that is a plus too. Idk I've never had them on any other shock but it's a good idea on paper
