Default Radiator Question 1991 XJ 2.5 L

Hello , I recently bought a 1991 XJ with the 2.5L &5 Spd. Its really a base model. Hand roll windows, no AC , no gauges just, just warning lites. It was kind of a "old barn find" low miles and really in pretty good shape. Some one had tried to steal it while it was in storage and broke the steering column up. With help from this forum I was able to replace that and even after sitting for so long it runs well and no leaks or rust.

I will quite bragging and get to my question. I plan on towing an ATV trailer that with Atv's will weigh in a Approx. 1400-1500 Lbs. The jeep feels like it has the power to do that except the hills will slow it down I'm sure.

Cooling is what I'm worried about. I was looking at the radiator and it looks like it is only a single core with room for another core. Was this OEM ? Should I get a dual core radiator if I am going to be towing?

I get concerned with the warning lights because i'm an old guy and in my generation they only came on after it was to late. Thanks for any advice.

Buy gauges! i dont trust warning lights at all and gauges can prevent most issues if you can read them, i will leave radiator discussion to the guys on here that tow.
