Quick Query
So, I don't do crawling or anything, my rig is on a 3.5" superflex with 33's and bushwackers. I hit alot of bumpy trails. Not crawling just rocky and bumpy but still quite flat. I also love mud pits.
The question here is that the truck rattles ALOT and makes ALOT of strange noises.
For example when the front coils compress I get an almost grindy noise.
Is this normal?
Here's pics of where I wheel and my rig pre-bushwackers:
Its rocky like that with a few hills and plateaus, and extremely uneven "pot-holes".
It's my DD though so I get concerned if these noises are creating problems for the future.

If your missing the little bolt down tabs that hold down the bottom of the coil its probably turning around as it compresses. My old front axle did this on the pass side as the tab had rotted off.

Is this something i should fix soon?
Also will all the bumping and bouncing beat the crap outta my rig or will it just make more noises and continue rattling?

reviving thread because now they make a noise like ive never heard before, and I dont want to start a new topic. They make a squidge noise...yeah thats honestly the best way to put it. Went wheeling 2 weeks ago, and now they make some wierd noises, It sounds as if my dash is stretching. (although I know its not the dash thats just what I imagine it sounding like), Ill try to record the sound soon
