Default Power locks

Anyone have trouble with their power locks? My 91 Cherokee Laredo doesn't like to unlock the back doors sometimes. anyone else have this problem if so how do I fix it?

Have you lubed the latches with spray white grease?

Some peoples idea of maintenance is oil changes and anything else once it breaks.With it being a older guy it probably sat a while try lubing them first.
