Used a sandblaster, I imagine hand sanding them would be very tedious work. As for the inside edge, I'm guessing you'd need to remove the tire, though i'm not totally sure. I bet someone on here will know.

i wanna paint my rims too they are gold well were gold but im thinking about black to match the paint of my jeep
