Normal Lift Height
So I just got done putting a RE 3.5 kit on my xj and i netted 6" in the rear and 5" in the front. I had 17" from center of rim to fender flare the rear and 17.5" in the front and now its at 23" in the rear and 22.5" in the front. I know it will settle but i figure it will only be about a half inch or so. Is that the norm or is my jeep just some kind of freak. haha.

it will settle some. installed a 5.5 LA RE kit in customers rig and after 2 wheeling trips it settle to about 5.75-6in. go drive it, break in the leafs and coils and check about in a few weeks. it will probably settle to about 4in overall.
how does it ride? got pics?

when we put the 4.5 RE lift and 33's on our ZJ the center of the front fenderwell sat at 42 inches. Like an idiot, I forgot to measure beforehand though, so I have no idea how much we gained ((smacks head))
havnt driven it yet. Still have a little work to do in the front. Trackbar is still off and quick discos are still off. Im gonna finish up tomorrow, just ran out of time today.

Its kinda hard to tell bc it has baby tires on it and there isnt much room in the garage. Ill post some more tomorrow when its out of the garage and has the d-ring tow hooks on it.
